YDTD IS THE 2023 LETS CASTLE CLUB CHAMPION AFTER WINNING 2023 LCCT
The Lets Castle Championship Tournament had an inauspicious start when the chickenhearted chess player Robbie700 attempted to cheat his way to victory in order to have the honor and prestige of being named club champion. Kudos to Warpathhunter
as he was the first player to suspect him of cheating back in February during the Triple Digit Tournament. Other players started to complain, and finally the kinds of moves he was making in the LCCT were just incontrovertibly hard to ignore as they appeared to be engine moves. Let's Castle officials peremptorily removed him from the tournament, and we finally had a competitive as well as entertaining competition. Let's Castle officials declared that anyone who had lost to Robbie700 would be awarded the point that they lost due to his deceptive play. Rumgallorum
sprinted to the top of the leaderboard and took an early lead in the standings with two quick wins against Kehicks and Princessgold1. He truly earned his nickname the" Lord of Legerity as he was racking up wins rather quickly; However it was the two-time LC champ " Brazilian Sensation" aka Alexson_thc 
who caught fire during the midway part of this tournament and usurped Rum's first place lead and held on to it for quite a while with an impressive sweep over 4-time LC champ Eledef07! Ydtd got wind of this crushing defeat and sent a shot across the bow to eledef07 ( it was actually meant for Lets Castle camerawoman and part time chess player QueenMVP85 who is a super fan of Eledef07) when he told him "Do you smell the 18-wheeler diesel fuel yet?", to which QueenMVP85 quickly and vociferously responded with "I DONT SMELL NOTHIN!" Ydtd seems to make rivalries just by breathing lol. In retrospect It was that sweep that enabled Alexson to secure second place in this tournament. Eledef07 finished in third place. The biggest upset in the tournament was Kehicks
defeating Rumgallorum via resignation after 48 moves. Kehicks has definitely improved season after season, and he will start looking to contend for a title within the coming years. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment of the tournament by far had to be Gstrong100 as he amassed 14 losses. That is the most losses he has suffered in a tournament for his career! Leave it to Ydtd to pounce on Gstrong100 to tell him about his less than stellar play as he was quoted as saying "Damn Gweak you play like Julius Randle" alluding to Julius Randle's putrid play during the 2023 NBA playoffs for the New York Knicks! Hopefully Gstrong100 will use this set back to galvanize him in the upcoming 2023 IDT. But getting back to this tournament, just like in coffee the cream always rises to the top and Ydtd was no exception as he secured Goodyear tires on all 18 wheels of his tractor trailer and proceeded to mow the 11 other players down! He finished with 21 total points, 20 wins..no losses...and 2 draws (from Rumgallorum and Slamm20 aka the black panther). Another undefeated campaign for Ydtd. The man just keeps on dominating! With this tournament victory Ydtd (not Ckmatein427) is now known as the 2023 Lets Castle Club Champion! Congratulations to Ydtd as he now turns his attention to the Independence Day Tournament where he will have to deal with another adversary JUANITAMANN!!!
