Youth Simcoe County Chess Club

Hi everyone, we had our first Youth Simcoe County Chess Club meeting last night at Shak's World. We had a terrific start and a wonderful group of very good players. I'm hoping to have over 40 kids regularly by November. If you know any young people, grades 3-8 who may be interested in joining on Monday evenings, please share the Shak's World link where they can find all of our programs, including the Youth SCCC registration page: 

Make sure to join the Simcoe County Chess Club and enter our Wednesday Warriors Rapid on-line Tournament Wed Sept 11 starting at 7:30 pm: 

These rapid tournaments last one hour and are always fun! Make sure to join before the 7:30 start time.

If you haven't joined one of our Wed Warriors tournaments, you should give it a try. It's a blast!
