A Misterious Game

The following Giuoco Piano is from the book "How to Win in the Chess Openings" by I A Horowitz. It is an awesome game and I wanted to post it. Unfortunately, the names of the players are unknown, so is the time it was played. The game is violent at its best; White sacrifices a piece at the very beginning, Black fights with nails and teeth to hold on to his material advantage. Well, he is up for a rude awakening, White makes Black pay a high price for his greed, sacrificing more pieces in the process until the Black King falls in a blaze of glory. If anyone out there happens to know who played this game, comments are welcome.
