A special player

What would you think about a player that enters in a challenge with you, he (or she) is pressing about moving ("move plz"; "Are you there?") and when he has a smal advantage take his time to move (days)?

You look for his games, and discover that yours are the only one game that he has...

 I play chess to enjoy, not to collect points, and I dislike this way of playing.
