Chess Played Quick is Chess.com's series of events where top chess streamers complete bounties for prizes.

Chess Played Quick Bot Battles Bingo Edition starts on June 13 at 10 a.m. PT/19:00 CEST. For two hours, streamers will do their best to beat as many bots and complete as many bingo bounties as possible. The event features a $10,000 prize fund, with $2,500 going to the top three players and the remaining $7,500 going to bingo claims.

Format

Streamers will have two hours to beat as many bots as possible, with prizes for the top three players. Players must beat bots in "challenge mode."

Bounty Format

This edition of Chess Played Quick also introduces a new bingo format for the bounties, with 150 bounty-related prizes up for grabs.

  • Bounties are presented in the form of a "bingo card."
  • Each square of the bingo card contains a challenge, with players having to complete a horizontal or vertical line (diagonals do not count) to claim bingo.
  • 150 total bingo claims get rewarded.
  • If more than 150 bingos are claimed, the event's ranking determines who gets the prize.

Bounty Rules And Details

  • There are 24 bounties on the 5x5 bingo card, with one free bounty cell in the middle.
  • There are three difficulty levels for the bounties: easy, normal, and hard.
  • Players do not need to send clips in real time to claim bounties. Instead, they must fill out a Google Form containing proof that they completed enough bounties to claim bingo.
  • Players have no more than 48 hours to fill out the Google Form and claim their bounties.
  • Any type of proof is acceptable as long as it clearly shows the bounty is completed.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all bots should be played in challenge mode and players can choose whichever color they wish.

Bingo Tiebreaks

In case more than 150 bingo claims are made, the event's ranking (number of bots defeated) determines who wins prizes. For example, if 200 valid bingo claims are made, we will distribute the prizes for all the valid bingos claimed by the top-ranked participant, then for all the valid bingos claimed by the second-highest ranked player, and so on until 150 claims are rewarded.

Prizes

The total prize fund for this event is $10,000, with $2,500 going to the top three finishers and the remaining $7,500 going to 150 bingo claims. If more than 150 bingos are claimed, the event's ranking determines the winners.

Ranking Prizes

$2,500 is destined for players who defeated the most bots in two hours.

  • 1st: $1,250
  • 2nd: $750
  • 3rd: $500

Bounty Bingo Prizes

$7,500 is destined for 150 bingo claims, with each bingo being worth $50. Note that bingo prizes do not necessarily go to the player who submits proof first, but rather to the players who ranked the highest in the speedrun. If more than 150 bingos are claimed, the event's ranking determines the winners.

Note that players have 48 hours to submit proof of completed bounties.
