Chuck Roast
This game is a very nice creative achievement by Kasparov. The opening played leads to a wide-open position, and both players race to see who can get to the opposing king first.
Though at first it looks as if Ivanchuck has defended well enough, a series of unexpected and brilliant moves turns the tide in Kasparov's favor, and he prevails in the resulting endgame.
By the way, I have recently acquired How Life Imitates Chess. Has anyone read this book yet? If so, is it worth taking a look at? Also, I borrowed the title from chessgames.com.
