Let me tell you the story of that game.  It had annotated as a game between Adams and Torre in New Orleans (1920).  But there are good reasons to believe in another version.

Carlos Torre was a Mexican chess prodigy   and  sponsored by the American millionaire Edwin Adams. But Adams  was only a chess amateur and it is really improbably that he created  those wonderful queen moves.

More probably seems the version that Torre invented and constructed the  queen dance as a gift for his sponsor This would have been not political correct but a nice gesture. So, we should pardon and enjoy something really beautiful! :-)
