Viacheslav Ragozin (1908-1962), Soviet Grandmaster, chess writer and editor, played Black in this game against Hungarian Grandmaster Andre Lilienthal (1911-). White was winning by move 22, but when he missed the killer 23.Bf4, Black turned the tables around by fabricating a mating net out of nothing. The game was played in Moscow in 1944. White resigned after Black's 30...Rh4, but the game is shown here all the way to its beautiful finale.
