Palling Around

Benko is in his element in this game, as he quickly acquires a passed pawn on the 7th rank. However, it takes some fancy manoeuvring to get white's defense to crack. This he accomplishes in style.

IMPORTANT: need some help, guys. A friend of mine on this site is spending WAY too much time on it (12 hours a day on average). This has caused him to become extremely unhealthy (several people have echoed my thoughts). I think he needs to stop these marathon computer runs and cut back on his chess. My question is, as i want to help him, what can i do?
