The Scotch Game- Classical Variation

Hello. This is my first article.

I'm am writing about an opening that for me seems great. I havnt yet found a weakness in this opening. Its the Scotch Game - Classical Variation

1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 exd4 4.Nxd4 Bc5

I am wondering if. What if black doesnt take on d4 and moves Nc3.

Then white moves his pawn up to d5 attacking blacks knight on f3 and he moves to Nb4.
Does anybody know if this is acually an opening. I personally thinks its great for white.
