I like to play exciting chess in the spirit of what Tim Sawyer said: "Stop playing for the endgame, play to end the game!" The most fun I get in tactical games that start of with openings that are considered unsound - often dubious gambits. The Blackmar-Diemer Gambit, the Latvian Gambit, Muzio Gambit, Halloween Gambit, the Grob, ... all conquered a place in my repertoire. For those with similar interest, check out my chess.com group The Unsound Openers. And for those who think this kind of openings are all refuted: please challenge my group or myself for an encounter!
