Hi fellow economists!

I'm not exactly an economist myself, but I have had a very keen interest for a long time.

Just to get to know the people, here's a question.
Which economist/economic school of thought has influenced your worldview the most? Also, what field within economics interests you?

I can't say for myself though. I've taken in way too much from many people, and you might call me a hodge-podge of economic ideas. But of late, I've taken interest in a lot of works by heterodox economists, because most of their fascinating contributions have been largely ignored by the mainstream. Even within the heterodox, they come from different groups. People ranging from E. F. Schumacher, to Israel Kirzner, to Ronald Coase. And topics ranging from envrionmental/ecological economics to money and banking. Everything interests me. :D
