In Norse mythology Valhalla (from the Old Norse Valhöll, "hall of the slain) is a majestic hall in Asgard, presided over by the god Odin. Chosen by Odin, half of those who die in combat travel to Valhalla, led by the Valkyries. Valhalla has become synonymous with a martial hall of the chosen dead. We will remember them.
