Ive been getting paired with 1200s and i gain like nothing. If I come second i dont gain anything by beating the other two but i lose points for loosing to the guy in first. If i keep playing i will keep losing rating.

Most likely because you're 1900+ rated, and your opponent are all 1100s. It's expected that you gain no ratings, the same happens on live chess.
Then why do we get paid with players 800 points below our rating
I used to get paid with players at least 1600. Now is too risky to play
I've had a number of games like this.
In case you were wondering, in this game 2 of the people had to leave early and i got to take there kings first.
