It affects the memory so it is worth a try if not then will make him forget Incendio
We have never actually used the effecct of a spell in these duels apart from whether they stun or deal damage. I would get way too compliated if we include all their effects!
It was meant to say "it would get way too complicated" just my spelling mistakes :)
We do use the effects but it is all dependent on the moderators.
I don't think it is a great idea but it's up to Warrior I suppose
