No phoenix there is no vacation in the duels in the tournaments here. If rishi hadn't mentioned about warrior's inavailibity he would have won on time as Warrior should have mentioned about it. But as rishi mentioned it Warrior's deadline extended costing rishi the game.

The chances are so rare, and yet it all happened. All the spells hit! protego stops engorgio, and both are rendered useless.
expulso, reducto, and sectumsempra destroy rishi-he now has 0 health, and Warrior200 barely survives, and if you see a flying, frantic duck near a raging dragon, you'll know that Warrior is that duck.
Sorry, rishi. Warrior200 wins. your spells weren't superbly damaging.

Rishi your point is right but you forgot that there is an exception that if there is a valid reason for absence given it is upto the mod what should they do?
