1.Nf3 2.e3 3.c4

Does anyone have any experience with the move order 1.Nf3 d5 2.e3  with c4 to follow?

This move order seems to give you Reti positions without giving black the opportunity to play d4 and get into the annoying reverse Benoni. I am looking for any information.... Thanks in advance for any help at all.

I think you are more likely to see the ...d4 advance after 2.e3. Here's line from a database. It's pretty clear you haven't prevented anything.

If you play 3.b3 instead of 3.c4 then you are very likely to end up with a common line in the Nimzo-Larsen.

Here's another line. Playing e3 first doesn't avoid the ...d4 advance but it seems to transpose pretty easily into other openings.

I like the Nimzo-Larsen after d5-c5 somewhat better than the advance Reti so the 2.e3 seems to work.
