A pin is a chess tactic where a defending piece is prevented from moving without exposing a more valuable piece behind it. The piece that is pinned is unable to move, and the piece that creates the pressure is called the pinning piece.
Like here the knight cannot move because if knight moves the bishop will take the queen.
