Hey, that's totally okay! Like learning anything else in life, chess skill is not linear. You will lose and gain rating throughout your chess journey. If you do lose a lot of rating in one sitting or day, I would recommend taking a break, and coming back with a fresh mindset. Good luck!
1st week of beginner training, I lost 110 ELO :(

Every lost game is an opportunity to (EDIT)LEARN!!
Do try and understand why you lost those games.
Good luck!

I think I went through a period of two weeks wherein I lost almost every game, with one or two draws as an exception. It was depressing. But, if you take the time to analyze why you lost (time management, piece safety, &c), I guarantee it will get better.

I say try and find someone in the same boat and play unrated games. I have found a few, plus I started playing the bots. For me I know it will take time, I was taught the game from someone who didn't know openings. And so now I have to sit down (at my age) and learn someone that most learn at 10. I walked away for a bit but realized for me it's about learning an opening, theory & and all, whew not easy but I'm back to having fun w/ this game we call chess.

Yeah, I think not having the "fear" of loosing the game would be nice.

Also, screw ratings. Day to day, ratings are fickle. Year to year, not so much.
I choose to reset my puzzle rating whenever my success rate drops below 60%. An unexpected benefit of this is that I don't give a fig for any of my ratings any more.
well, of course my losses are not related to the training
but mostly with a current psychological challenging situation.
Chess became my way of not thinking to the rest, and it's frustrating loosing so many games in a row.
