TMC ROUND 2: England VS FC Bunyodkor

TMC ROUND 2: The Thunder Knights VS Coat of Arms
FC Bunyodkor declined my challenge entitled "Team Match Championships Round 2 Game 2." So for the record we did make the challenge on time. I'm guessing their decline was a mistake???
I sent another challenge.
FC Bunyodkor still hasn't accepted the second challenge I sent on the 2nd of Nov. (they rejected it the first time)

I have observed that mkaalam is not only already playing games for FC Bunyodcor in Group D round 2, he has signed up for a Thunder Knights match as well. This is of course ridiculous: everyone should realise no-one can represent more than one team in the same competition. Is there no mechanism here to prevent this??

I do this all the time, except for world league which specifically prohibits it.
Note: blackfirestorm666 is an admin for both England and Thunder Knights (and in fact seems to be the only admin online), and the match should lock today according to the schedule.
If she would prefer to avoid any appearance of impropriety, England vs Thunder Knights is granted an exception to the lock deadline so that she does not need to lock both teams. At least one of the teams should be locked on schedule, and another admin from the other team can handle it.
Personally, I'm fine with it either way, lock both or don't. There have been several days for players on both sides to join, and I'm not aware of any previous problems with either team or Donna.

Thank you Dave and no there has been no previous issues between either team till now.
That said I will lock my England team now and please I will message the admins of Thunder Knights telling them the match needs locking within 24 hours if this is ok with yourself as tournament director?

I have still not received a challenge from this team shall I issue the challenge or message them?
blackfirestorm666,
did fc bunyodkor ever send England a challenge? for us it's 10 days past the deadline, and they haven't accepted. (they declined once but i sent another...)
blackfirestorm666,
oh, i guess it would be a challenge to the thunder knights im asking about from fc bunyodkor
Dave,
I think we need some help. FC Bunyodkor has not issued a challenge to Thunder Knights and they have rejected a challenge from Coat of Arms and they have not responded to the second challenge from Coat of Arms. We're now about 12 days past the deadline for them to accept. Thanks for any help you can give.

This is the 2nd round pairing for TM Championship 2010.
Team listed 1st sends challenge to team listed 2nd. Open rating range, 5+ players, 2 simultaneous games. Matches must be sent, accepted, and locked by the dates shown in the following table. The round ends January 20 2011, at which time the team with more points wins even if not enough games have finished to clinch the match outcome. Please post a link to the match once the challenge is accepted.
There are three sets of matches, so that admins may spread out the match starts and allow time to recruit. It is perfectly OK to challenge, accept, and lock early, to give more time for the games. The date in the pairing table is the challenge date. Corresponding accept and lock dates are as follows:
