Only way I've found is to copy and paste from someplace else.  The html code doesn't work and the ALT ' e or ALT 0233 don't work for me.

Yes I had found that too, but didn't work for me.

I am no sure why, in my laptop sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't, but always works in a regular keyboard in a regular computer.
