@borisside: I agree that it would be a sign of utmost sportsmanship if you warned your opponent team once a forfeit loss is looming. However, it seems overly optimistic to me to expect this from every team participating in the WCL. Teams differ, admins differ, at times intentionally, at times unintentionally. To me, it would be a regrettable overreaction if you decided to leave the WCL as a reaction to this incident.

whatever the situation is i missed the note, and log into this site DAILY. So here's my word to you Anastasios...you are here to play chess right ? i know you, you are somekind of an organizer, but to fall into this kind ultimatum thing, saying you gave us an extra day whatever, guess what i log in everyday and i missed that one too (too lazy to check if its true)

when the same happened to us i send a PERSONNAL message to the super admin of Bristol and we got the match going. The new chess.com site is a mess for me, so if you send your request directly in the WCL forum yeah there is a good chance i missed it.
I'm sorry but I do not intend to send messages to rival teams to ask them to complete their rosters.
If someone sends me a message and asks me to give him 1-3 days before I claim the forfeit, I will make him the favor.
I'm not as strict as you think with the rules and I'm not just playing for the win.

This proves that you must be more careful with the notes and forums of the tournament in the future and if you have problem to feel your roster on time you must be more polite when you ask the other team to make you a favor and dont expect the oponents team Admins to do your team work.
