Round 7: 4 matches have started regularly. Forfeits:
- Berlin vs Burgas 1-0
- London vs Barcelona late start accepted
- Toronto vs Bordeaux 1-0
Teams may agree on a late start (not later than round 8) if both teams manage to reach the player minimum.
Are we still permitted to play the match as a friendly?

The only way to overrule forfeit results is if both teams complete their teams and start the match before the begin of round 8. Delayed completion of only one team changes nothing.
@Peguincw: If the match starts before the begin of round 8, it will be counted for the ranking. If it starts later, you can consider it as a friendly match.
The match against Team Burgas has been just cancelled due to not achieve the minimum of players (only 9).
