Dear RainPiper, you say "considering the results so far (see https://chess.bounceme.net/chess/ligas.php)," but bounceme is not the official site for results. In fact, puntuation is not the stated in rules. Are you going to show an official postions table for the cut-off date?

The 2018 WCL season will start on November 1st with the announcement of the first round. The cut-off date for determining promoting and relegating teams is October 15th, so the composition of the divisions is not determined yet. Still, considering the results so far (see https://chess.bounceme.net/chess/ligas.php), the table below is a reasonable guess. Would all teams please confirm their participation in 2018 and check the team contacts in https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/2017-wcl-team-contacts? In this way we try to reduce frictions at the start of the season to a minimum.
Deadline for confirmation is October, 15th.
