Qj7 loses to checkmate in one move (Qxb8+ Bxb8 Qxb8#)
Qxh13+ is the only way to evade checkmate, as otherwise immediately after red sacrifices the queen yellow can checkmate blue. And, if red does not sacrifice the queen, you have a choice as to which of ry's queens to take, depending on the situation.
You technically can not lose there but it is the wrong move. There is another move that doesn't lose as much material
But there is another way if you need the answer I can tell you it

The only other move I see is Qk6 but that doesn't seem to work as well does it?
