Please note that I have banned omarshanta from our Club.

It was brought to my attention that in R7 and R8 of the current USTCL season, he/she played 1 move in both of their games and then lost on time. A total of 4 losses.

Haven't seen this before but my apologies for not catching this and I will pay more attention to timeouts going forward as well as who is registered before the rounds begin.
