I’ve already gone down the list and sent a few more congratulations messages. Puzzles is the most recently selected. And it’s more than likely another one will be sent out once I have confirmation that more of y’all are partnering each other

In other news, a few of y’all need to be sure to update your name to your profile properly if agreed and/or chosen as partner. Partners, I’ll send congratulations messages soon with the terms and conditions so that we’re all on the same page.

I wanted to clarify that naming backup partners is not necessary at this stage, it’s a rhetorical statement saying that you should be prepared to have a substitute in the case a player withdraws. For teams that have both players agreeing to terms, if the lead (selected) has to withdraw for whatever reason, the team can still function with a substitute (unlike the first championship a long time ago which initially created confusion under that “Elite-Partner” system) even though the selected withdrew.

Y’all are welcome (and possibly encouraged) to stream the games - just be aware of its implications (sniping, etc.). It shows us your readiness in the case we do in fact call for the “dreaded” thing noted in the Events Policy.

One more thing I want to clarify, YES being under a chat ban shall result in a suspension from the 2024 Teams W4PCC until the chat ban expires. Shall the chat ban occur when you are selected to play, unfortunately that would result in a forfeit. Shall the chat ban of a backup partner expire before a backup partner is selected as a replacement, then the backup partner shall be able to play.
Same obviously goes with play bans.
Administration is not obliged to negotiate chat bans to work around the 2024 Teams W4PCC.
