That first 3 player board looks a tad confusing because the spaces do not stay together, and shift at the threshold, center area.

Yeah it's pretty weird (and I actually don't know exactly how to move every piece) but yesterday I was thinking of buying this:

Has chess.com considered adding 3 player chess? The movement of the pieces is slightly complicated but it isn't too hard to learn. If you checkmate someone you win, the checkmated player loses and the other player gets second. It's really fun.
