@_-__-__-___-, as you know, you used today's database and I used an older database (backup copy). That is why you got 47 draws when I got 41. Draws are only 0.1% of Teams games, thus your database has 6'000 more games.
Also, as you noticed, I excluded too short games. Because they are not indicative. If someone got checkmated on move №2 it means he played very bad. It does not mean his opponents had an advantage.
I believe we should look at games of higher rated players only.

It might be interesting to have statistics for games above a certain elo. Can you do that BabYagun ?

Team games where all players are 1400+:
2452 1-0 (Red + Yellow won)
2230 0-1 (Blue + Green won)
2 Draw
Team games (with 9 plies or more) where all players are 1400+:
2402 1-0 (Red + Yellow won)
2190 0-1 (Blue + Green won)
2 Draw
Team games where all players are 1600+:
579 1-0 (Red + Yellow won)
528 0-1 (Blue + Green won)
0 Draw
Team games (with 9 plies or more) where all players are 1600+:
573 1-0 (Red + Yellow won)
520 0-1 (Blue + Green won)
0 Draw

You should not exclude short games, because players can just as well blunder or play bad later on in the game as at the start. If blue and green blunder more often at the start of the game, that might be attributed to some kind of advantage by red and yellow (initiative and threats).
It looks like there is a similar (small) first-move advantage for red and yellow in 4-player chess as for white in regular chess.

I believe that there will be no advantage of Red+Yellow once we have some opening theory. Those short games are just blunders. Like Fool's Mate or Scholar's Mate in classic chess.
