you could just invite teammates you know will listen and not resign people are allowed to troll and stuff
I try to do that, but eventually i will only win like 2 or 3 points per game.

then play higher rated people, you can’t expect people to play how you want if you are randomly queued into a game with them
Those guys can even be worse sometimes, I can try to set up a good position, but they say stuff like "that's not my style, i do this" and go the opposite way. usually this happens to me for the 1600-1800 people with under 500 games

That is true, but it's not even about playing, it's just the attitude they show for no reason and how they immediately resign is what annoys me most.

IDK what your rating is but if possible just start a 2000+ qeue, or just literally, as stated before, find someone who is your rating but doesn't play stupid moves. If the reason why you only get 2/3 points per game is because your teammate is high rated, than that will be fixed. If it's because of your opponents rating, just literally make rating restrictions and then your opponents will be more at your level, meaning that you will get more points when you win, and you can then say that you actually deserve your rating and didn't just farm noobs.
Ok, I'm not really sure what we can do to help you...
First of all, what's your rating at?
If you would like a place to ask for available teammates (they would be more likely to accept high rated partners) then you could try asking in this Discord server:
This is the official Chess.com FourPlayerChess Discord.
Good luck in future games
I started working on a solution to this problem, but it hasn’t really worked out very well, though I think it still has potential. I had chess.com approve my 4PC Teams group to be an official club. It has the infrastructure to make a list of players and who they are interested in teaming with, as well as what kind of players they are and such. Unfortunately, the club is pretty dead at the moment, but if people wanted to get involved, I think it could help this issue you’re having (and I’ve had, as well).
I agree. I experienced this many times. Also, if our teammate disconnects and we lose, it's not our fault in it. Chess.com should refund the points of such games back to both the players because newbies don't know how to reconnect and it's not our fault that our teammates disconnect. Some reasons why higher rated games are not encouraged as the solution in this issue:-
1. No guarantee of ratings of players in high rated games:- Let's take an example. I am around 1850 in 4PC Teams Rapid. If I join a 1600+ queue, I might get someone <2000 and the other team may get 2000+ player, so winning probability is less for us except if they blunder a lot and my teammate has experience. Even if we get a higher rated player as our teammate, the disadvantage is that due to his high rating, we may also not get much increment and if we lose, y'all now what will happen.
2. Low rated games offer more increment:- If our teammate is quite lower rated, and we guide him to win, then we may get more increment due to their low rating. This is why mostly we play non-customized rated teams game(Non-customized here means not customized in rating range like 1550+ 1600+ 1650+ etc.). Also, the winning probability is more in these games as all low rated play this.

The worst is when you queue up and the game starts and your team mate has a 1500? rating and they move the king pawn two squares forward on the first move.
Just be like, "Hey dis team game. U don't wanna win as team hit the road."
But when i do that, they resign just so i lose points too.

I haven't looked at your games, but from this I would assume that people are perceiving you as bossy. I doubt you're doing this intentionally, but sometimes if your partner is a lower rated player who doesn't know what they're doing it's easy to inadvertently be rude. I'd recommend higher rated games where people are more serious about their ratings, and friending/partnering any good teammates so you can play more games with them.
I notice you're 1900, and more often than not you can make a simple 1650+ teams queue where you will get a teammate who actually cares about winning. If you don't want to take your chances, maybe just make an 1800+ or 1900+ queue, or, as I said already, friend a couple people here and invite them to a game sometime
friend everyone that's posted in this forum, myself included, and play a couple games with them
ok

1: you can restrict max rating if you want, i.e. 1600 - 1900, so yeah lol your argument is basically inexistent lol.
2: Also, you clearly don't understand the rating system whatsoever. If your teammate it lower rated, than yes, it will bring the average rating in the game down (the average it how rating changes are decided). However, if your teammate is much lower rated, than they can contribute nothing to the game. However, if the players have similar ratings, than both players can put their thoughts into a specific problem, which is very useful because it allows you to get a second opinion on a move. Again, where's the argument all I see is nonsense.
So recently, after around a year, I was trying to get my 4p teams rating up again becausee i used to love playing 4p teams around the time when Covid was at it's peak. So i got on the 4p server and my first game, i had a guy as my teammate, way under 1500 but with over 100 games of experience. I was rated way higher so I asked him, can you plz follow my arrows, he said "what if i don't" and resigned on the second move, making me lose 20 points. They should try and track the 4p teams trolls because in a very large portion of my games i have teammates who never listen, instantly resign, and just make stupid moves whenever i give arrows and try to explain a mate. These trolls make it impossible to grind rating (for me at least) because for me the only way to avoid them is to play with a friend. Now, if i play with a friend, and we win a lot, eventually well only get like 2 points per game and rating grinding just feels useless. So i think chess.com should have like a thing that measures every game you troll so only serious people can play 4p. Or just have a certain amount of games before they can play rated 4p teams.
