4pc team pin system not correct!!!

problems with check and checkmate rules 

1. it is legal to expose opponent to check at hands of other opponent and capture king 

2. it is legal to expose teammate to check 

3. teammate can save from king capture especially when opponents working together and turn order 

4. point system wrong in ffa 

5. someone can save from check especially with turn order 

6. your opponent cannot capture your king if they in check but you cannot expose your king to check with an opponent who is currently in check 

7. shouldn't stalemate just be zuzwang that forces you to expose your king to capture 

there are more reasons that i didn't list here due to space reasons

It should be legal because it doesn't affect your king.

Well, this one... To be honest, I'd expect that if I'm checked, I can get out of check by capturing the checking player's king. Currently, it's not possible. But I believe this occurs quite rarely.

It's against the rules that you can't move your king into check. Also, stalemate is just a rule from standard 2-player chess, which I think is pretty good.

It's against the rules that you can't move your king into check for only 2 players chess !!! does not fit for 4pc team mode current we are  not using full potential  of 4pc !

Well, these are just small changes, which won't affect gameplay too much.

Then it'll be too easy to checkmate a bare king. I think 4PC should give a bonus to players who can stalemate themselves because it's hard to achieve such a goal. Again, I think stalemate = win is a good rule. Why do you want to change?

'Order' is a very important part of 4PC. You must understand turn order to play well I guess. So I think there's nothing wrong here. Of course, you can try to save anyone in 4PC.

Why should my pieces be pinned just because of an enemy's king?

Again, because it's not your king. I don't want the rules to be overcomplicated.

If it's a good rule for 4PC, I think we should apply it. Also, it does no harm at all. To be harsh, I don't think the rules you proposed is any better.

u much try capt the king it affect very much  in game play 

it stop players to do early checkmate and go towards more stable checkmate

and other level of creative in traps we missing that!

 

it just habit of taste what we like we do not want leave that behind ..

I feel that capt the king might be good for Teams, but speaking of FFA...

Imagine 2 players team up to crush someone. 

Who will take the mate?

In normal FFA, it's clear that Blue will take the mate, but when things come to capt the king...

Capt the King for FFA just provide harmful & controllable randomness, I guess.

that what wrong with point system. plus yellow can choose who get points. and in diplomacy, red can team up with yellow and not take his king or something. you shouldn't be forced to capture king right?
