why is The Center rated? It is so unbalanced because with the right moves, blue and green have 2 check and red and yellow have 6 check. I analysed it. Can a cga remove that?

Click 'Start from here' to test your position. Play a few moves. To recover your starting position, go back to the start of the game before switching back to 'Edit position'.

Don't forget to uncheck castling rights in positions where players should not be allowed to castle.

No king

If a player does not have a king, he (obviously) cannot be checked or checkmated, so it is generally advantageous to be king-less. If such a player resigns, the remaining players will share 20 points. If a player runs out of pieces, he will get 'stalemated' on his next turn, but no points are awarded for capturing his last piece, nor for getting stalemated by running out of pieces.

If a player has no royal piece, the first promoted king will become a royal king. Other promotions will not be "royalized" (or should they be?)

Hello, you CAN have a king and NOT be checkmated, checked, or stalemated! You can set the royal piece too, so that's why it's possible. I'm just thinking of a game with all fairy pieces. So there's no king. But I want to set the royal piece to a General instead. Could you help me?

Where near 'royal' you can insert the position of royal figures. ( "" = ": (" without a space)
