Someone plz do me a favor: change all KoTH pos to +40...
The reason is that most KoTH pos contains a large number of pieces, so mates deserve more. It's not because of KoTH itself.

I also would want it to be 6th rank for promotion.
- Changed all KoTH positions whose promotion rule is neither "no prom" nor "prom=1ptQ" to +40.
- Temporarily disabled Waldo is Better since there's a king capture on the 1st move.

but when you want to play it, it cannot start until 4 players signed up, although it's a 2 player's game. So how do you set it up, so that only 2 players can play ?
