I'm pretty sure this was brought up a while ago, but I'm bringing it up again just to make sure newer members are aware. A chess variant exists which is so mind-boggling, so brain-warping, that it will probably never be "solved". I'm honestly amazed at the possibilities. The game is "5D Chess with Multiverse Time Travel", and is the most complex game I've ever played. Give it a try... if you dare.
