There is a possibility that a TD will enter a date and intend to start after the 90 day registration limit.
Opinion: Do not use.
- Start date is the default sort for the list of upcoming tournaments.
- A Start Time entry moves the tournament to the end of the list.
Suggestion: Enter the suggested start date in the text of the tournament description.
