Epic grandmasters battle: GM Vadim Malakhatko vs GM Alexander Zubov Young generation tastes spirit of Great Game

Crazy position on the Board

I was studying in one group with young candidate masters and future grandmasters: Vladimir Baklan, Vadim Malakhatko, Spartak Vysochin

In 1989 Alexey Ivanovich kicked me out from the group for a bad sportsmanship

Nevertheless, after 30 years Teacher could recognize me

In tension fight GM Alexander Zubov won the tournament and gave an interview to Ukrainian TV channel
