Kd1 is a simple reaction after your move. You give a check and the King should move. If this is the case, most player will easy attack your knight with the King to get one tempo.
You shouldn't give to much into the evaluation of the engine.
If you like to get progress, then solve different tactic exercises (puzzles?). Furthermore try to explain with words, what you think about in your games, during your moves. For example, why you play 10...Qd6 and so on.
