A More Formalized Set of Rules

The vote chess is a bit unclear. I think it should be more simplistic.
random / early voting
1st time - friendly reminder
2nd time - formal warning
3rd time - removal from all games.
That in itself should be enough. There shouldn't be any reason to treat it like a warning system to remove them from the club.

Also I think that the inviters rules are far too complicated.
Admin Inactivity for three days in a row or five days in general
1. Reminder
2. Warning
3. Demotion
Getting demoted counts as a general strike (see above)
Reset biweekly
If u get 10 warnings but have not gotten demoted because of the reset rule then u still get demoted
We could say that we expect them to do 30 invites per week in whichever numbers they want to do them in. For example: 10 Monday 10 Wednesday 10 at weekend. Or even all 30 in 1 day and that is enough.
If they fail to complete their quota for the 7 days they go through that 3 strike system:
1st- friendly reminder
2nd- warning
3rd- demoted.
This is also not enough to remove them from the club.
The only time they don't get a 1-3 warning is if they have let us know in advance of them not being able to complete them and the reason needs to be valid.

heres a simplified version:
if an admin is inactive for five days, thats a warning. Three of those, and demotion. Reset every three weeks or one month

Can you confirm this is actually going ahead please?
Hi all,
I think that I should clarify some aspects of the rules:
Admin Responsibilities:
Moderator: This is the least understood, but perhaps the most important admin role. In this club, whenever a moderator sees an incident, they can resolve the situation, file a report, give out warnings and extremely rarely mutes kicks, and reports to everyone in the hq (more on that later about what happens next) They depend on witnesses, and SAs can also do this job id necessary
Tourney Manager: Self explanatory, makes matches (a couple a month) and tourneys (biweekly)
Inviter: In charge of sending out 7 invites every day if able, and more if necessary
General Three Strikes Rule:
1. Warning
2. Mute
3. Kick
For somethings like talking too much, it needs to be a repeat offence for a strike
These get reset biweekly
In more serious cases a member could directly get a mute or kick
Since not every offence is equal, these punishments are not necessarily final. Since offenses are not common, we vote as an HQ on which punishment are best for an incident. Five out of ten are need to vote in a span of a day, and most votes wins. If either of these things do not happen, the SAs only vote, with EH being the tiebreaker

We know the rules for that, getting removed from 2 games = a general strike, getting removed from 7 is a kick
