A New Super Admin

As you know very well, our current Super Admin, @CaptainJimTKirk has been offline for over 4 years, with the current admin offline for only a few months shorter than that. For this reason, we must vote on a new Super Admin that will replace our current one. We need someone who is very active and can work hard for the club. We have one candidate @catalanFischer, who has claimed to be another account of the person who was the First Super Admin of this club, the one who created it. I personally wish to only take up the responsibility of Admin in this club. Do we have any other candidates for the role of the new Super Admin of this club, and if so, could you please inform me as to why you would be suitable for the position in this forum. We will discuss potential candidate for at least 10 days before voting on who will take on the role. We will then inform Chess.com support and in due course, our inactive super admin will be replaced with an active one. Thank you.

Hi, I created this group in 2013 in order to study endgames, no team matches or vote chess.

In 2014 for health reasons I closed my account (username Diogens) and I left two members that had my trust, one a SA and the other as an A.

Last year I came back to chess and saw with regret that the club was inactive because both SA hadn't logged since 2016.

I have been busy creating my blog but also I prepared a lot of endgame material (analyzing famous OTB endgames, going over theoretical endgames - based on De la Villas 100 Endgames You Must Know - and a special section for Study like endgames. My idea is not only have a SA but more Admin. and another SA beside me so what has happened this years doesn't repeat again.

Already @IrfanXV15">@IrfanXV15 has offered himself very kindly to help me and if you back me to lead the group again he will be in my team of Admin. for sure. Any other who wish to work and wants to be Admin. is welcomed. New ideas from members to improve the group will also be welcomed.

We are a small group (compared for ex. with Endgame Lovers) but even after so many years of inactivity we have 168 members who I am sure want the group to be active and get the most of endgame study. In 1 year of hard work I am convinced we can be the reference endgame club of chess.com.

I don't mind who takes over. But in general, I'd like a super admin of a club that's been around for years to have a membership here that's been around for years too.

Smyslov, we r waiting x more candidates offering as possible SA. The question is that clearly this group needs new Administrators to reactivate.

At the end off the process (in aprox. 10 days) there will be a votation as Irfan says. I am supporting catalanFischer because he is the only one that has postulate himself as a candidate, but I wouldn't mind to support any other Candidate who offers himself as SA
