A Question on Capturing Zombie Royal Pieces

It says that a one-piece zombie is stalemated when you capture its royal piece. Shouldn't it say, "*USER*'s royal captured!", not "*USER* stalemated!"? (S in notation, if you are counting an action, not the piece [the Dababba] means stalemate) And same happens on Capture the King/Regicide.
