When you don't know what to do, do the simple thing: Try to improve your pieces! How can Black do this?

Nb6 followed by Nd5. Black is down a pawn but has a good knight vs a bad bishop.

Ooh, there is a great outpost on d5. Black is better after Nb6 to reach d5. White has B but cannot open position. They may play Rc1 challenging R bc taking removes passive R but black never needs to take immediately
