There are people who violate this policy every day in the arena. Among these people are AbleDroopyBobcat and Chippy120. 

They've both stalled in their games, faking a "I'm thinking" or even just outright telling me "The games are about to be ended in 1 minute."

If you agree that stalling is bad, join me and CANCEL them.

If you want to: 
1) Make a new page in Forums 
2) Title it: CANCEL AbleDroopy Bobcat and Chippy120
3) Copy paste my original post as content
4) Publish it
5) Make sure everyone sees it
