If u are a member/coordinator, u can ignore this forum. But it is highly recommended to read.

I.Roles:

SAs are not allowed to promote any club members except for Coordinator role. U can apply for coordinator role without applying for one.

Job applying: (Arena maker, New Vote chess, New Live Tournament)

If u can't DM me or the other SAs u could make a note applying in my notes. Its easy.

II.Punishments to members (SA, A, Coor, M).

Articles to Admins and SAs when punishing.

Article 1: When members violate a small and not serious rule, admins are allow to Warn members but have to rest for about 10 minutes. Which means that if the members violate that small rule again they will have to wait.

Article 2: If there is a fight between admins/SAs. 2 of them must stop arguing. The people who argued the most will be punished. The decision of who is right and wrong will be looking at by he Owner.

Article 3: 

Level of warns:

Warn 1 (Nothing)

Warn 2 (Mute for 20 minutes)

Warn 3 (Mute for 30 minutes)

Warn 4 (Mute for 1 hour)

Warn 5 (Mute for 12 hours)

Warn 6 (Mute for a day)

Warn 7 (Mute for 3 days)

Warn 8 (Ban for a week)

Warn 9( Ban for 3,4,5 weeks depends on the actions u made)

Warn 10 ( Ban for 1 month)

Warn 11 (Ban Forever)

Staff members can get punishment-free and only get warns until Warn 11

Equality among the staffs.

Article 3: with every decision the Owner made by himself, he will gather all the staffs to vote is it correct to do it or not. If not all staffs members agree the plan will be thrown to oblivion. All staff members who object must have a good reason that can explain why they object the plan.However if the Owner had to do a crucial decision he will do it within his own free will.
