Sugardom, kidlat1994, pulsar, sir Danny, Sir Duque and other admins. what do you think should our rules be for the "Group Notes" section?

How strict should we be regarding the topics discussed in that section of this page? Should we allow free flowing conversation just like in Wesley's CG page? Or should conversations there always be on topic (about chess and Wesley)?

I propose to define the policy on this based on member votes para walang misunderstanding in the future.

We already have experiences in chessgames.c0m that everyone can discuss whatever under the sun. That easily made the site so unreadable to many people.I know a lot of people are so annoyed on that because there is absolutely no way to organize the topics.  I even know a few  international Wesley So fans finally left chessgames.c0m or stop posting there because they hated the way pinoys used the site to discuss everything including non-Wesley So topics and non-Chess topics. 

Sugardom was so happy on chess.com because finally nothing will be offtopic on chess.com coz everyone can always start a new topic here. Until the Group Notes facility came into existence. Group notes suddenly mimic the same old chessgames.c0m site. No organization, just plain notes everything under the sun.

So two choices:

1. Group Notes is strictly only for chess related topics

2. Group Notes is available for any topics under the sun.

Okay, this is the first vote.

I'm voting for number 2 GroupNotes is available for any topics under the sun.

I vote for the first option. My reason behind this is not to be "strict" but for me make things bit more organized. Since we have this facility, why not use this opportunity to organize topics.

1. Group Notes is strictly only for chess related topics = 1 vote

2. Group Notes is available for any topics under the sun. = 1 vote
