You say in your new rules post
1. EVERY CITY CAN HAVE TWO PLAYERS ABOVE RATING OF 2000. THESE TWO CAN BE UNRELATED TO THE CITY IN ANY WAY, CAN BE INTERNATIONAL, WITHOUT FLAG, CAN BE FROM PLANET MARS - THEY CAN PLAY.
This is not clear!
Does that mean no other players above 2000 even if they are from the City?
What about players below 2000 not from the city? Can these play as one of the two?
What about players from the City but don't live there anymore, they may not have the city in their profile?

We will do things my way but THIS IS FOR YOU.

New rules will be added slowly, completed probably by Sunday and they will annoy you because it will mean work for you, none for me.

IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THIS YOU MUST WORK ON THE LEAGUE TO MAKE IT BETTER. YOU CAN NOT GO TO ONE PERSON TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS.
So start. Agree on the rules, agree on players AGREE on everything.
Here is advice from my daughter who is Psychologist: when you come to this post think "AGREEMENT" never think "DISCUSSION". This is supposed to help
(never liked psychologists and now I have one in the family).
Some/many cities might/will leave which will make point system difficult. The rules are far from perfect or even good.
But while you try to agree remeber I AM STILL THE ONLY SA AND INTOLERANT ONE. However, I will give you time to adjust to rules and make your own agreements.
