I think the Godfather is going to win. The game's practically lost for both exe and town. This is WAY too many evils. Everyone else has basic defense. Game over.

CR is normally something like 4 town 3 evils or 3 town 3 evils. 2 town 4 evils with a vamp and VH means it's just 2v1 and the vamp could bite a town as well. This is like WOF

If Vigi is Exe's target, then the person Exe votes for is almost certainly Vigi. But Vigi cannot do anything now so the game's over
if Exe's target is Vigi, GF and Exe wins cus GF will most likely help exe since it won't affect him
