Alexis Danan Association, which works to protect children

1. The week of May 4th will be Universal Week, a charity week featuring 20 streamers to benefit the Alexis Danan Association, which works to protect children. There will be a chess tournament open to everyone on Chess.com. The format is simple and fun: • 3 arena-style sessions (Monday 4:00 PM, Tuesday 5:00 PM, Wednesday 5:00 PM) • 10-minute rapid games for 1.5 hours • Then a final phase with: Top 4 highest ELO players Top 4 lowest ELO players (so everyone has a chance) Semi-finals on Thursday (best of 3) Finals on Friday (6:00 PM for lower ELO players & 7:30 PM for higher ELO players, live)

    

    

    

    
2. For people to join the chess.com club and participate in tournaments, they would need to tune in to Golden_en_Live Twitch stream on Monday, May 4th, between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM to register.
