Allowing Making Advertising and Off-Topics Forums (with conditions read for full info)

From now on, every one are allowed to make a new Forum Topic. The Forum can be about anything (with conditions). The conditions are given below.

Making a Forum for you Logos/Backgrounds

You can make a Forum which contain some/many/all of your Logos and Backgrounds you made. You can also make a Forum in which you take Logos/Backgrounds orders. You can also make a forum topic titled Want a Background/Logo if you want a Background/Logo.

Making a Forum for your Chess Blog

• The Blog you advertise must be Chess related.
• The Forum's Topic Name should be- My Blog: Then the Name of your Blog Post.

Making a Forum for your Chess Video

• The Video you advertise must be Chess related.
• The video must be embeded and its link should not be put.
• The Forum's Topic Name should be- My Video: Then the Name of your Video.

Making a Forum for your Poem/Story

• Post the Link of your story/Poem or copy paste your whole Poem/Story.
• The Forum's Topic Name should be- My Story: Then the Name of your Story/Poem.

Making a Forum for Jokes/Memes

• It is allowed but make sure it doesn't abuse anyone and/or doesn't contain racisms.
