Go to Settings-Password, change the password and click "Log out on all devices".

Well reacting just by mistake or a misclick does exist , so you shall be fine and if you feel you are hacked ( somehow ) , just go to the settings and click log out for every device and change your password , it shall cut the contact of the hacker ( incase he really exists )

2 possible scenearios.

First one, you unintentionally reacted on someone's comment without even noticing.

Second option, if you got hacked, why would they only react on someone's comment. If you really got hacked they would change the password to try to steal your account.

Just in case I would change the password.

Nah imagine if they just did it to upvote their comment

This same thing has happened to me a few times now and it's just a glitch/lag related bug I think.
