Analysis engine - help needed

Hi! Does anybody know if Fritz 12 can be used for detailed post-game analysis and if yes, how can I submit the game for it? If Fritz can't do this what program should I download to analyze my finished games in detail?I would like something that is similar to the chess.com engine that tells the quality of each move and maybe gives variations for critical moves and ,of course, has around 3000 ELO.

Don't get me wrong...I'm not interested in cheating...or is this cheating?

No its not cheating. What you do is look at the chess.com free downloads. First, find a GUI (graphical user interface). Then, look for free engines that can be run on it. GUIs open your pgn files and the engines selected from the menu analyse them. Some engines come with their own GUIs, which is helpful.

But it is very unlikely that you can download Fritz 12 for free.

I downloaded it for free(illegally, of course) so if you know how to analize games using fritz pls tell me...anyway I will look at the chess.com free downloads...thanks for your response.

I only have an ancient Fritz, so I can't be sure. I would be surprised if it was a difficult matter to find it on its menu, however. Once you have your pgn files you should be able to open them onto your mainscreen, then look for options about starting your engine at a certain move. You'll probably just have to look around on the options but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

I'm sorry I can't help you for certain because I don't have it.
